Resilience

What resilience means here

Resilience isn't uptime. AI tools have usage limits, rate limits, and outages, and fai can't stop any of them. What fai protects is your context.

When a tool stops, the work you've built up with it shouldn't stop too.

How it works

Your context lives in your workbench, not inside any one AI tool. Every agent fai has detected is pointed at it, through fai's MCP server, a direction file in its own format, or both.

So when one tool hits a limit, you open another. It starts a new conversation, but not a blank one: it reads the same project knowledge, session history, and vocabulary.

What fai does and doesn't do

  • Does: keep your context current and available to every detected agent, whichever one you use next.
  • Doesn't: switch tools for you, or detect limits before you hit them. You choose when to switch.

The cost of hitting a limit drops from re-explaining your project to opening another tool.
