Account Profile
Goal: Keep your name up to date, or sign out.
Click Manage Profile (the person icon) at the right of the top bar. The window, titled Account Profile, has one tab, Account Info:

The badge reads Unsaved changes until you click Save Changes, then Saved.
Sign out, at the top of the window, signs you out of OpenX. With the Workspace.Experimental right, a
farewell window opens first.
Save and Deploy
Save Changes saves your own profile at once. It belongs to your account, not to the workspace, so it is not part of a workspace Save and nothing waits for Deploy.
Rights and AI
Anyone signed in can edit their own profile, and only their own. Azi and agents do not change it.
