Manage Fathym Workspace

Goal: Reach the platform workspace, if you are on its team.

Workspace -> Manage Fathym Workspace is in the menu only for members of the Fathym platform workspace's team. Everyone else does not see it.

The window names the platform workspace and says:

This is the platform workspace: everything you set here applies to the whole product.

Once it is active it works like any other workspace, except that it cannot be archived or deleted.

Set Active switches you into it. While the switch runs the button reads Setting active... and cannot be clicked again; if your session needs a fresh sign-in first, the button comes back. Once you are in it, the window says "The Fathym workspace is already active." instead. Close closes the window.

Switching happens at once; nothing is saved or deployed. There is nothing here for Azi or an agent to propose.

Rights

Being on the platform workspace's team shows the menu item. Its owners also open the platform admin tools with no access card; an owner of any other workspace does not. Everyone on the platform's configured list of root users is made a member and owner of the platform workspace each time the platform starts (no one is ever demoted or removed by it), and an owner can make another member an owner from Workspace -> Team Members.
