Each journey is a complete build for one industry. Follow one to see how its data sources, surfaces and queries fit together in OpenX.
What a journey covers

Two tracks per journey

| Hybrid | You already run systems (SCADA, MES, historians, a BMS). Add OpenX beside them; replace nothing |
| Full | You are starting fresh, or want to design every connection, surface and query yourself |
Both tracks end in the same place. The difference is where you start.

Why start with pharma
Pharma has the strictest traceability needs of the three, so its journey shows the most of what OpenX records. The patterns carry over: a compliance query becomes a quality query, and batch tracking becomes production tracking.
