Proposals
A proposal is a change - a new connection, surface, or warm query - drafted for a human to accept. It's how OpenX lets you move fast and open building to any AI without anything going live unreviewed.
The model is simple: someone proposes (a teammate, Azi, or any AI you bring over MCP, via
manage_proposals), it waits tagged by origin (azi or human), the right teammate reviews it in the
portal, and they accept, edit, or reject per their access rights. On accept, it deploys.
The key boundary: there is no accept tool over MCP. Building is open to any AI; what goes live is always a human call in the portal. That boundary is the point - it's what lets you trust an open, AI-driven workshop.
