Inviting Members

Goal: Add people to your workshop.

Send an invite

From the portal:

  1. Click Workspace in the top bar
  2. Select Team Members
  3. Under "Invite a new member," enter their email
  4. Click Invite

New teammates default to Viewer - adjust their role after they join (see Permissions).

Or ask Azi: "Invite sarah@yourteam.com as an Editor." She sends the invitation.

What happens next

  1. Invitation sent - they get an email with a link
  2. They accept - the link signs them in (creating an account if needed)
  3. Access granted - they appear in your team list
  4. Recorded - the invitation is logged

Track pending invites

Open Workspace -> Team Members and look at the Pending section. For any outstanding invite you can Resend or Revoke. Invitations expire after 7 days - resend if someone missed it.

Remove someone

  1. Open Workspace -> Team Members
  2. Find the teammate
  3. Click Remove and confirm

Removal is immediate - they lose access to all workshop data right away.
