Common issues
Correction is stuck "pending" - second-approver is on, so it waits for another teammate to approve. Ask an approver to review it, or turn off the second-approver requirement if you don't need it.
Can't approve your own correction - by design: the approver can't be the submitter. A different teammate has to approve it.
The original looks changed - it isn't. The original is preserved; what you're seeing is the latest version in the chain. Open the correction chain to see the original and every correction since.
"Reason required" - a correction needs a reason category and a justification. Pick the closest reason and explain briefly; use "Other" only when nothing fits.
Check it
- Make a correction with a reason and submit.
- If second-approver is on, have another teammate approve it.
- Open the chain - original and correction both present, with who/when/why.
