What this stage is

Workstreams is where understanding becomes an executable spec - the tracks, phases, and deliverables that say exactly what to build. This stage shapes the spec; the next stage builds from it.

The skills that run it: create + iterate

• create walks you through a phased interview (vision, context, structure, depth, risks) and produces the workstream: Create & Curate → Tracks → Phase Specs. Surfaces as fai:workstreams_create.
• iterate applies feedback from a GitHub issue to refine that spec - editing phases, adding phases, adding tracks. Surfaces as fai:workstreams_iterate.

A note on naming

All four workstreams skills - create, iterate, execute, finalize - are the workstream lifecycle, and share the workstreams_ prefix. The loop splits them across two stages: Create and Iterate shape the spec here; Execute and Finalize do the creation in the next stage.
